Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday). During peak seasons or in cases such as incomplete payment or insufficient address details, processing may take slightly longer. If any issue arises, the Haloire team will reach out to you via email to ensure a smooth delivery process.

Order Cutoff Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) are processed the same business day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Handling & Transit Time

Please note that these are estimates.

Canada & United States:

- Handling Time: 1–3 business days

- Transit Time: 6–12 business days

- Estimated Total Delivery: 7–15 business days

International (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe):

- Handling Time: 1–3 business days

Note: Weather conditions, customs inspections, or carrier delays may occasionally extend transit times. While such circumstances are outside our control, we will make every effort to keep you updated on your shipment’s status.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package’s journey. You can also track your shipment at any time on our Track Order page.

International Shipping, Taxes & Duties

For international orders, please note that customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and remain the customer’s responsibility. Haloire cannot be held responsible for customs clearance delays or additional charges imposed by local authorities.

Delivery Confirmation & Lost Packages

Once an order has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, Haloire is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your parcel, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation. We will always assist where possible to help resolve the issue.
